Recommendations and service plans are based upon the information provided by clients and their families. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all information shared is accurate and complete.
Travel accompaniment services may include support before departure, airport assistance, in transit companionship, assistance with mobility needs, destination coordination, and emotional support throughout the journey.
Love In-Transit Care Specialists does not own or operate airlines, cruise lines, trains, buses, hotels, or transportation providers and cannot guarantee their schedules, policies, or performance.
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, weather disruptions, lost baggage, strikes, mechanical failures, acts of terrorism, governmental restrictions, or other events outside our control.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all passports, visas, travel insurance, identification documents, medications, and required health documentation are valid and available before departure.
Newborn and postpartum services are designed to provide practical guidance, emotional reassurance, overnight support, and assistance with establishing healthy routines.
Love In-Transit Care Specialists does not replace pediatric medical care, obstetrical care, lactation consultants, emergency services, or other licensed healthcare providers.
Any concerns regarding feeding difficulties, illness, fever, breathing problems, unusual symptoms, or medical emergencies should be addressed immediately with the appropriate healthcare provider or emergency services.
Support for older adults may include companionship, mobility assistance, travel support, reminders, and help with daily routines.
Love In-Transit Care Specialists does not provide medical treatment, nursing care, diagnosis, physical therapy, or emergency services.
Clients and families are responsible for maintaining appropriate medical care and emergency contacts throughout the period of service.
Clients and families agree to:
Disclose any medical conditions, allergies, mobility limitations, cognitive concerns, behavioral challenges, or special requirements that may affect the provision of services.
Ensure that all required medications, travel documents, and emergency contacts are readily available.
Provide a safe and appropriate environment for services to be delivered.
Love In-Transit Care Specialists reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if conditions become unsafe or if information has been intentionally withheld.
Fees are discussed and agreed upon before services begin.
Invoices are payable according to the terms outlined in the service agreement.
Deposits may be required to secure dates and reserve availability.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Services may be suspended or cancelled if outstanding balances remain unpaid.
All deposits are intended to reserve time and availability and may be non refundable unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.
Clients are encouraged to provide as much notice as possible regarding changes or cancellations.
Changes to travel itineraries, schedules, or service hours may result in additional charges.
Reserved dates and services are based upon availability and cannot always be modified once confirmed.
Love In-Transit Care Specialists reserves the right to cancel or discontinue services when circumstances arise that make continued service unsafe or impractical.
In the event of an emergency, Love In-Transit Care Specialists will make reasonable efforts to contact designated family members, emergency contacts, healthcare providers, or emergency personnel when appropriate.
While every effort is made to provide calm and attentive support, no guarantee is made regarding outcomes or the prevention of unforeseen events.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Love In-Transit Care Specialists, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the website or services provided.
Clients acknowledge that life, travel, childbirth, aging, and health conditions involve inherent uncertainties and risks that cannot be entirely eliminated.
Love In-Transit Care Specialists may coordinate with airlines, hotels, healthcare providers, transportation companies, or other third party organizations.
We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, policies, errors, or performance of third party providers.
